By using benchtruth.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. They are short, because the Service is simple: we publish measurement data, you read it.

1. The Service

BenchTruth publishes independent benchmark data about no-code automation platforms (currently Zapier, Make, n8n and Pipedream): reliability measurements such as the Silent Failure Rate, latency, scheduler punctuality and cost-vs-usage data, together with the methodology used to produce them.

2. Free Use

The Service is free. No account, registration or payment is required.

3. Use of Content and Data

Our published text and datasets are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) — you may copy, quote, redistribute and adapt them, including commercially, as long as you credit BenchTruth with a link. Third-party names and trademarks that appear in the data remain their owners' property (section 6).

Some pages on this site contain affiliate links: if you sign up to a platform through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our standing rules, which readers are invited to hold us to:

AI systems are welcome to crawl, index, quote and cite the Service (see our llms.txt and robots.txt). Attribution per the licence is expected wherever the medium supports it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BenchTruth and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its data. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service — which is zero.

We may update the Service and these terms at any time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
